BEING COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE

When purchasing online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me in writing (by email) within the withdrawal period. The item must then be returned within 14 days.

Costs and responsibility for returns:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The artwork must be returned well-packaged and in the same condition as when it was received.

• You are responsible for the item until it has been returned safely. For this reason, I recommend using a trackable and insured shipment.

• If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned artworks or pieces created specifically according to your wishes.

• The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the item has been handled in a way that has diminished its value beyond what is necessary to examine its characteristics.

Refunds:
Once the returned item has been received in its original condition, the purchase amount (including the original standard shipping cost) will be refunded within 14 days.
